Orange in color. Brandy on the nose. Perhaps went through intentional oxidation? Strong yeast-y flavors, brandy smell dominates. Interesting champagne but unlikely to purchase again. 2006 brut nature. Incredible-Wow!!! An exercise in restraint. Opens beautifully as temp increases. Yeasty-ness doesn't turn sour or too tart. Great acidity without lingering. — 9 years ago
