A pleasant red for the price. It’s a deep ruby colour with a light nose of both black fruit and red fruit: plum, blackberry, red cherry plus a bit of cedar and oak.
The wine is dry, high acid, medium body, alcohol and fruit intensity that follows the nose an earthy slight dried leaves after taste. The finish is a little short.
It’s a good wine. Just wish it had more body, fruit intensity and finish for the grape. Nice slightly chilled. — 2 years ago
A cherry forward red with a licorice nose. A mouthful of red fruit, hints of raspberry and cranberry. A light red that can be enjoyed on its own or with light meat, spicy food and cheeses. An enjoyable red. — 3 years ago
A pale lemony wine with a medium nose of butter, oak and pear and melon.
The wine is dry, medium high acid, medium alcohol, full bodied with medium fruit intensity but the oak and butter notes overpower the fruit for me. Long finish of fresh pear and lees influence.
It’s a very good wine. Just not the style that I enjoy. — 2 years ago
Would absolutely buy this again. A medium ruby red with a pronounced nose of cherry, raspberry, wild red fruit and obvious French oak, some vanilla and licorice.
It’s dry with high acid and alcohol. It’s body and fruit intensity is medium to plus that follows the nose but with sour cherry and red currant notes which with the acid and alcohol make it very fresh. There’s some rounded tannins with a little grip at the end. The finish is medium.
A very good wine! — 2 years ago
This might be my new favourite weekday PG. A pale lemony white wine with green tinges.
The nose is much lighter than expected from this winemaker but very pleasant: pear, lime citrus notes and an underlying flint.
The wine is dry with medium alcohol, acid and fruit intensity that is also medium but the flavour profile matches the nose but just amplified.
It’s a very good Pinot Grigio and will stock up on this. — 2 years ago
Well this is super tasty! Deep ruby red with a medium plus nose of blackberry, cassis, plum, vanilla and black pepper. It’s got a luscious nose.
The wine is dry, high acid, medium alcohol but medium plus body with smooth tannins that become more grippy towards the finish. Medium plus fruit intensity that follows the nose plus a leathery earthy finish with a lot of lush fruit. The finish is medium but finishes with oak.
It’s a good to very good wine. Would absolutely drink it again. — 2 years ago
A pale to medium pink rose with a stone and pear nose.
An off-dry rose with medium acid, medium low alcohol, light bodied and light fruit complexity that follows the nose with added citrus. I don’t really note any red fruit despite the other reviews.
Pleasant. A bit tick the box. Does the job. — 2 years ago
A deep purple red wine with a medium nose of cherry, plum and blackberry with oak.
A dry wine, medium acid, medium plus alcohol, full bodied with soft round tannins - quite plush mouthfeel. Taste follows the nose with chocolate, vanilla and dark fruit.
An enjoyable wine that would be everyday but for the price. — 2 years ago

A serviceable vinho verde from Portugal. Clear lemony yellow colour with a soft light nose of lime citrus, melon and an underlying wet stone.
It’s dry, high acid for sure, low/med alcohol but fresh, pronounced fruit intensity that follows the nose plus a little green apple tartness. The finish is a bit medium minus.
It’s a good wine. Wants oysters, seafood, sea and sunshine - typical Portugal 🇵🇹 — 2 years ago
