Hints of vanilla play hide and seek between the dusty berries. Light and bright this Shiraz is quite pleasant and full of flavor — 3 years ago
well balanced with a tartness tease, this pinot noir is friendly as described. light and bright throughout and not missing a beat on the underlying notes of earth, herbs, and hint of spice. in mythology the banshee is a female spirit that wails in warning, the spirit in this wine will have you relaxing and letting your cares drift away. — 3 years ago
Well rounded Jelly nose on smell. Metallic light body is more forward than the fruit on taste. Mild alcohol presence with slightly stingy finish. May be a good compliment to a fatty or strong cheese as it has a cutting quality that may wipe that palate. Price point is slightly high for the taste of experience. The smell is the better step of this liquid journey. Perhaps it’s attributed to more lighter fruit such as strawberry and less deep ness from darker fruits. — 4 years ago
Spicy cola and vanilla notes but dull on the palate. Overkill on vanilla either dulls this wines claim to having bold berry’s or attempts to cover the missing fruit. If you like a very muted wine you may like this but I prefer more dynamic profile. Not sure this should be allowed to be called a Pinot noir. I had 1 glass and poured the bottle down the drain. — 3 years ago
Bright with a little bit of spunk, this Pinot noir is a friendly sipping companion. Red fruit comes through and tannins dance through the swish. Could be a good pairing to take on a mighty steak and gentle enough to invite to lighter fair. Over all pleasant, smooth, and balanced. I’m a fan. — 3 years ago
Spicy cola effervescence undertones of berry fruit. Tartness on taste borders metallic sour notes. Light bodied and a departure from the standard Pinot noir characteristics. Dry finish with a bouquet of dimension from a mixture of light and dark fruit and added notes from spice. — 4 years ago
This Pinot noir greats you with a jammy nose intertwined with spice and slight oak edge. Undertones of earthy vanilla balance the bright and berry notes. Slight metallic but sweetly touched finish. The feel is moderate and silky weight. Not too tannin forward but enough to say hey I’m a red! — 3 years ago
Fragrant cherries and spice, very smooth mouth feel with a slightly dry and tannin finish. It gives a light body feeling with a fuller body impact. Seems to have a smoky earthy foundation that gives support to the fruit. Also sense a freshness that has a near citrus sensation. This is a dimensional wine worth exploring. — 3 years ago
Olema means coyote, as the label reads. The beginning has a slight underbelly of earth, swirl and the fruit comes forward. Not very diverse on the palate but forward on the dryness. Seems lighter bodied. Overall a Pinot noir miss if you are Pinot noir particular. Fine as a variant of table wine, less good for actual enjoyment of the wine. — 4 years ago

Spiced plum and rich berries dance sprinkled cinnamon. The tannins are soft, the body is smooth and it is really enjoyable. Very smooth, very pleasant, very happy. — 3 years ago
