After tasting, the wine has medium to full body with strong notes of leather sour blackberry. It also has subtile umami flavor, similar to butter and sauteed mushrooms. After savoring for a bit, a little spiciness is detected, similar to allspice or cloves. Overall this was a well balanced wine and I would definitely purchase again.
