VERY nice Zin, this is the type of quality that I have come to know and expect from Dry Creek Valley, although this winery was unknown to me. Not too sweet, sulfites taste average to slightly above average (and I'm VERY sensitive to sulfites), nose is a mild cherry, not too spicy, smooth finish with a residual dryness, which is something that I appreciate — 9 years ago
It's quite drinkable, given that it is on the watery side. Definitely not full-bodied. If you're a cab sauv snob you probably will not care for it. If you're a casual drinker, then you'll probably like it quite a lot. — 8 years ago
I think for a $10 bottle of wine (2014 vintage) this is not bad, although I start to expect a little more whenever a California wine starts to cost $10 a more. Entry is muddled but mild, medium amount of sugar, aftertaste leaves me thinking this blend (it doesn't state on the label) is probably 65% Cab Sauv, 25% Zin, and 10% maybe Syrah. Not too heavy. — 8 years ago
All ye who enter, abandon all pretense of real wine. Parducci wines have been on a slow decline in the past 5 years, and this wine is no different. Throw some raisin merlot in a slop bin and this is what you'll get. — 8 years ago
Wayyyy too sweet! Come ON guys! If I'd wanted sugary cherry juice I would have bought some Ocean Spray. Why do wine makers think consumers want more and more sugar, and furthermore, cherries? I want WINE not fermented cherries. — 8 years ago
A little too much fruit forward, a little heavy on the astringency, not enough to remind me that I'm drinking a Zinfandel. I'm unimpressed for the $20 price. $14.99 at best — 9 years ago

I think it's disappointing that SkyFall didn't think it necessary to put the blend varietal ratios on the label. Most people are either unfamiliar or don't like carignane , and that's the majority of what this wine is. I'd say it's at least 80% of this blend. It was an unpleasant surprise just how much carignane is in here. It could have been a better wine if they'd dialed the carignane way back. — 7 years ago
