Cedar, lilac, maybe tobacco, red plum, raspberry, strawberry. Medium bodied, higher acidity, moderate to higher tannins. — 4 years ago
Tart green apple, light-medium bodied, very dry and crisp, steely finish. It’s a simple wine, but on point for a Petit Chablis. — 4 years ago
Medium bodied, moderate tannin, higher acidity. Blackberry, raspberry, tea, iron or perhaps iodine at the end. — 4 years ago
Lighter bodied, very crisp and dry. I get limes at least twice, it starts off as lime juice, then towards the end as bitter lime zest, with some chalk in the middle. Enjoy this with seafood! — 4 years ago
Dark fruits - plum and blackberry. Somewhat floral, forest floor. Medium high tannins, higher acidity, medium bodied. Really nice. Seems a little closed still. — 4 years ago
Medium bodied, moderate to high acidity, Pineapple, butter, honey and a mineral finish. Maybe some melon. Haven’t had this in a couple years and it’s just as good as I remember. — 4 years ago
Dark amber, very dry, high acidity, light-medium bodied. Toasted almonds, bitter green olives, a little oily, saline finish. You could probably drink this with just about any food and be in a good place. — 4 years ago
Blueberry, blackberry, fig.higher acidity, medium-high tannins, medium-full bodied, a little hot (at 16.2%). A hint of licorice, maybe some graphite and a fairly long finish. Seems a little out of balance and tougher to pair with food from the higher alcohol level, but overall good wine. — 4 years ago
Fairly sweet (just shy of dessert wine). Balanced with medium body and nice acidity. Tropical flavors including pineapple and lychee, plus some wet stone minerality to pull it together. — 4 years ago
