I wanted to love this for the natural practices and the amiable personalities of the guys who make the wine (I follow them on Instagram and was excited to find this wine in Iowa). But… I was sad to pop open the bottle and find it unbalanced and shockingly tannic (chalky, dusty, undrinkable if you swirl it around over your tongue). I wonder if it would be better with another decade in the cellar? — 4 years ago
