On the nose: red sour cherry, black currant, sour red currant, a hint of white pepper with notes of vegetables, especially rhubarb, earthy (kind of wet leaves), and violet. On the palate: Medium-bodied wine with velvety tannins and medium acidity. Fresh cowberry on the aftertaste.
