I totally understand I opened this before I probably should, but I don’t regret it one but. New World Cab Franc made to absolute perfection. Smell brings a floral, green earth with butter/olive oil. First sip- (pure bliss) blueberry pie and dried lilac. As it sits, you get charred poblano peppers. American Oak really delivers. A truly inspiration wine, with a lot of thought. — 4 years ago

Classic style meets new age refinement. This Sangiovese really flexes what the earth gave it. One the nose, I’m getting a lot of black licorice and cherry cola. Hints of vanilla and oak follow closely behind. The color has a bit of orange rust hue (from the classic techniques Josh uses when making the wine). A very young cab- with some great plum and cherry flexor flavours. Oak and whiskey quickly takes the drivers seat and finishes with some black pepper and currants. Definitely a fun a wine- especially for the price point. — 5 years ago

A fun blend- I’ve never had a ZSM before (had plenty of GSM) and I gotta say... I love it. The zin adds the perfect amount of sweetness with Great black pepper and blueberry notes. — 5 years ago

Tons of fruit layers to this great Chianti. Bright berry and red fruit, plum, cherries- it just keeps on giving. Hints of pear on the back end. A great vintage! — 4 years ago
