Central Coast Pinot Noir 2015
Looks very young, having the appearance of clear and pale ruby color. On the nose, it is clean with medium intensity. Being able to smell flavor of strawberry jam, smokiness, light plum, mushroom, floral, light pepper. On the palate, there is no sweetness, medium to high acid, very low tannin, strong alcohol, tasted light overall. Medium to long finish with taste of fig at the end. Is a good wine. The fly in the ointment is the lack of tannin, feeling more like a juice. — 6 years ago

These pinots are lovely. My favorite is Jensen vineyard.

Aged wine, looks clean, deep ruby color, unable to see through. Many sediments. Very huge tears. It is clean on the nose with pronounced intensity, smells of heavy plum, prune, licorice, slight tobacco, earthy and floral. On palate, there is no sweetness, medium to high acidity, high but smooth tannin, strong alcohol, full body with long finish. It's a very very good wine, open it right at its peak, won't necessarily become better if aged more years! But, you never know :) — 6 years ago
