This is Henri Favier, not sure where Delectable is getting Denby. Anyway this is a superb rose champs, incredibly flavorful, maybe not subtle enough for a champs connoisseur but perfect for me. And it was a deal on WTSO — 25 days ago
At Pressoir NYC burgh tasting - this is the Les Sentiers from Fourrier - from the magnum - best of the Chambolles - fell just short of the Volnay Champans for best of tasting overall - beat out more highly rated Drouhin - stunner — 2 months ago
This one had good bones but the slightest hint of vinegar on both the nose and palate - and the telltale orange rim in the glass. Drinkable but maybe just OTH and couldn’t measure up to the previous reds — 3 days ago
Stellar: bright, fully rounded, dark yellow tone, just this side of oxidized, full power burgh. Can’t believe it’s held up this long. — 3 days ago
Finally got around to ordering some Castello di Ama more than a year after the tasting - and pleased to report the Montebuoni is exactly what I recorded - stellar Chianti despite being at the low end of the CDA lineup. Gorgeous nose that continues to an earth-free, acidic-free palate. Best savored before food - turned quite sparkly with a pesto sauce. Great sipping wine. — 2 months ago
Seriously pungent despite the age…this might be an all time CDP for me, reminds me of the best cote rotis in flavor and body, best of the reds this evening — 3 days ago
Perfect burgh, strong perfume yet not overpowering on the palate, well aged, not a hint of acidity — 3 days ago
Excellent blend but surprisingly sparkly for the age - classic fruit forward nose but somewhat suppressed on the palate - not as regal as expected — 22 days ago

Apparently Danely’s favorite WB, but this was to me “just another” Mersault - thin, maybe even minerally, not overly complex, lacking in body. The Chevalier earlier much more my jam. He said this needs 10 years - maybe - but I’d be worried you wait that long and it’s still thin — a day ago
