Not bad, but not enough fruit and not a good value for the price. — 5 years ago
Delightfully light and fruity. Doesn’t have the depth or complexity of a really good classic Crowe’s-Hermitage, but the ready-to-drink-now style is delicious. — 5 years ago
2006 vintage. Hadn’t aged a day. Big red fruit, spicy and high-alcohol. Tasty but not particularly complex. — 6 years ago
Had with Christmas Eve dinner of a tomahawk steak. Good pairing.
Classic Barolo with dark fruit and hints of roses and tar. Benefitted from air over the course of the bottle and would probably benefit from decanting and additional age. Lots of tannin. — 5 years ago
Delicious Cornas. Perhaps middle-of-the-road for high quality Northern Rhône producers, but still excellent. — 5 years ago
Baked raspberries on the nose. All the ripe fruit that you’d expect from a California Pinot and with an extra level of depth and elegance. Really hit the spot. Accompanied a Wagyu steak dinner. — 5 years ago
Excellent Barolo. Bright fruit but also a lot of darkness and spice. Tongue-coating tannins on the finish, can definitely age some more. — 5 years ago
Lots of fruit; overripe fruit. Very tasty and balanced wine. — 5 years ago
