Buttered popcorn was the first thing that hit my nose, almost candy corn like. Notes of baked yellow apple, peaches, pears and white flowers. Subtle vanilla as well and a nice creaminess on the palate. Medium+ body and medium acidity. — 2 months ago

Notes of bright yellow apple, toasted almonds, toast and quince on the nose with similar notes on the palate. Very crisp and refreshing, drinks like a very light beer almost in the first two glasses but as you get towards the bottom of the bottle the sediment mixes in slightly, it has a very pleasant and enjoyable creaminess from the lees.
