Great big cab. Huge alcohol content but you couldn't tell because it was so balanced. This thing rivals stags leap anytime at a much lower price point. — 8 years ago
Young and super easy to drink. Lots of fresh fruits flavor. Red ripe apples, ripe dark plums. Very accessible and light. At it with a Tri tip sandwich from #thewholebeast — 8 years ago
I wanted to like this because it has good review but I couldn't. The alcohol content is so high that it's pretty much all you can taste. The nose is amazing but the moment the wine hits your mouth, that burning sensation begins. — 7 years ago
A bit tight even though it's a 2005. Lots of ripe fruit and definitely some acidity in there. You need to air out this wine. They served it a bit colder than I would want so it opened up as the night progressed. Lots of sediment but that's expected from Medoc in 2005. — 8 years ago
Rich and deep but not syrupy. Not much acid and has more of a floral sweetness to it. I am a huge fan. Color is a nice dark gold. — 8 years ago
Deep velvet and full bodied wine. Very fruit forward. Tons of ripe red fruit mid palate and nice subtle finish. — 7 years ago
Light medium body wine. Floral finish that's fairly short. Fresh fruit and not a lot of tannins. Easy drinking with something that's not too heavy. — 7 years ago
Very light and super easy to drink. This is the kind of red wine that you'd drink with chicken or seafood in lieu of the traditional white. Very fresh citrusy fruits with a short pleasant finish. — 8 years ago
You won't get a lot of fruit in this wine. It's very bread'y with some vanilla and cinnamon notes. This thing gets way better after you let it breathe. It's a bit sharp on the palette and you can taste the alcohol IF you drink it without letting it sit for a bit. Mellows out after 15 min and it becomes much more pleasant to drink. — 8 years ago

Not my kind of wine. For being 9yrs old, it’s till very sharp and angular. Amazing nose and the color is light and subdued. I get the mint in there but overall, it’s rough. — 4 years ago
