Complex and elegant! Great old world style with many layers of aromas, with ripe red berries such as raspberries, cranberries and cherries. Mushrooms, clove and tabaco leaf are very gentle and give space also to herbal aromas. Dried herbs and fresh thyme are seductive and mouthfeel is inviting. Visually dark purple with aromas of dark berries’ sauce. On the palate a bit acidic and short finishing. Not as described on the label. Great value for a daily wine it is suitable. — 4 years ago
