Co.
This Champagne is a blend of 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier, and 17% Chardonnay. This cuvée sees primary fermentation in small oak cask, not stainless steel, resulting in a wine that is at once powerful and full-bodied, and with richness and staying power. Malolactic fermentation is avoided, promoting verve, tension, and energy across the palate. Aromas of jasmine, pear, citrus zest, and ginger spice. Vibrant and fresh on the palate, with tiny, elegant bubbles. The finish is rich with a dry, toasty flavor. This wine in no way needs food, but also conveniently pairs with almost anything. Fried appetizers, soft cheeses, fresh seafood, fried chicken, caviar, popcorn...to name a few ideas. — a year ago

Eeh, not bad not great. Medium build body with dark notes to it. Probably purchase it again. The region produces great wines. Nice price for the quality $12 find. — a year ago
Big Cali strong well balanced red blend after it opens up. Best to decant this bottle first. Love the notes here of mint, chocolate, dark ruby color, long legs, deep plum but juicy and tasteful. A definite buy for large occasion to celebrate life. — 2 years ago
Wonderful bubbles to share with my wife for our anniversary. Took a recommendation that worked out very well. — 3 years ago
What a surprise. Lovely wine I was not ready for. Started off soft but opened up after time. I recommend cab lovers try it. Big body bold and juicy. — a year ago
A big surprise, gorgeous yet smooth red Grenache mixed with Syrah. Dry well done. From the old vine, southern Rhône territory, this bottle of cairanne is a must try. Dark fruits with spices, herbs and licorice. Go for it. YOLO! — 2 years ago
Nice bottle of wine. Simple and smooth without a bite of spice. Would definitely recommend to let it sit and open for 45 mins before drinking. — 2 years ago
