No ratings on this wine in a while it seems. The 2024 vintage is quite quaffable, although more tannin than I’d expect in a carbonic wine. Perhaps semi-carbonic, with some time on that 100% whole cluster following the carbonic maceration? A very enjoyable wine though, fruit forward as you’d expect from carbonic but with more structure and grip. Well made. — 18 days ago

Dark, intensely concentrated, blackberry plum and crushed wildflowers on the nose, Italian bitterness, tannins, slightly heavy oak component but this wine handles it, finish is a bit alcoholic.
