Soft tannin, dark fruit, drinking well. Easy and smooth Cabernet especially to drink on its own. — 8 years ago
Chocolate, dark fruit. Needed a full day to open up and show itself. Decent wine but not very complex. — 8 years ago
No thank you. — 8 years ago
Delicious, but I expected something a little more complex for the price point. That said, I usually find Brut Nature wines to be unbearably austere, and this was not, actually found the fruit crisp but lush. I think Brut Nature is a style to watch in champagne as climate change boils the planet. — 8 years ago
Light but viscous, rich but delicate, balanced acidity, with subtle red fruit, cherries, red currant, a soft wine and excited to see how it ages. — 8 years ago
Oxidized champagne style, but with blunted edges. Like if a someone put a teenager in charge of making Krug for kicks. I poke fun, but I really enjoyed it. Cali is still a new region, it will probably taste like magic when they have been doing it for another thousand years or so. — 8 years ago
Obvio carbonic, fruit forward with some jolly ranchers and bubble gum. Not complex but decent and delicious. — 8 years ago
A little green but still some nice fruit and a decent body. Canadian red always has that underripe component but it works here. Chewy tannins are gonna go great with a steak. — 8 years ago
Dark vibrant fruit, nice balanced wine showing itself well. — 8 years ago
