Nice surprise with a relatively young Tempranillo. Needed to open up for 30 min but upon opening showed ripe blueberry on the nose and a velvety tannin structure with a lingering but light oaky taste. Paired it with 200 day dry aged NY strip and it held up to the rich boldness of the meat — 7 years ago
