Delightful! This is a unique Pinot Noir. A full bodied wine with flavours of black cherry and raspberry. Enjoy it with red meat, preferably grilled! — 7 years ago
A pinkish orange Rose. Refreshing and vibrant with a delightful bouquet of notes of strawberries and cherries. Will pair well with slightly spiced paneer and fish. — 5 years ago
Ruby red, this estate wine has all the potential, but falls short! A clear, dry to medium wine, it has a medium body with fruity notes of dark strawberries and a hint of chocolate. This wine needs to "breathe" -- hence, you should open this wine and decant it. Give it at least 30 minutes to "breathe" -- it is a bit harsh before that. This is an easy to drink wine -- not very complex. It will go well with Tandoori paneer, Tandoori chicken and even mutton. Chateau D'Ori had started a winery with good intentions of making estate wines in French style. I do hope to see the revival of this winery, with some more wines! — 7 years ago
Ruby coloured, clear wine. Dry with medium body. It has flavours of ripe fruits, cherry, raspberry and notes of vanilla and chocolate. A well balanced wine, it has a lingering finish.
Tempranillo grape is not widely grown in India and Charosa Vineyards is one of the few wineries in India which grows this grape and makes a wine with aplomb.
You can pair it with mildly Chicken kebabs or Pindi Chole -- mildly spiced. — 7 years ago
Deep red, luscious and a full wine with a lingering after taste. Enjoyable for a dinner with a pleasant evening, this wine will pair well with vegetables cooked in tomato sauce abd red meats — 5 years ago
This barrel fermented Chardonnay of 2015 vintage is one of my favourite white wines. A clear wine, with yellow and lemon colours, this wine has a light body and medium to dry sweetness. Made from grapes grown at Motewadi, Akluj, Maharashtra, India, this wine has tangerine and citrus flavours with a hint of herbivorous. It's lingering finish ensures that you savour this wine on your palate long after you have tasted it. Loved the wine!
This wine will go well with grilled fish and sautéed paneer. Over a leisurely meal, this will also pair with Vegetarian or Chicken Biryani. — 7 years ago
Sangiovese is a red Italian wine grape variety that derives its name from the Latin sanguis Jovis, "the blood of Jupiter". It is Italy's most well-known and widely planted red grape variety. Fratelli Sangiovese 2015 is a deep red dry wine with a medium body. It has flavours of ripe cherry and ripe blackberries with a lingering oaky finish. The grapes for this wine are grown in Motewadi (near Akluj in Maharashtra) which has a rocky soil structure and the wine has good acidity and tannins. This wine would be perfect for a sundowner and will pair well with medium spiced Indian food, particularly Mutton Biryani and Veg Biryani. — 7 years ago
Ninad Karpe
Yellowish in colour and euxiding fresh aromas, this wine is acidic, charming and has a good aftertaste of lime with floral notes — 4 years ago
