An old favourite but not quite as stellar as I remember it from the 2015 vintage. Still good though. Blueberry and boysenberry. Sandalwood, some subtle oak and a feeling of dusty candystore. Good acidity and a couple of years can probably work miracles. — 4 years ago

Vintage 2018. Licorice, cocoa and very smooth tannins are the perks here. Cherries, plums and cassis are the dominant fruit notes in a quite light presentation. Initially a little closed and stiff, but starts winning me over after an hour in the decanter. — 3 years ago
