Bank for your buck! This wine was only $27.99 in NJ and I was so hesitant to buy it since good Saint Joseph usually costs at least $10 more. Great expression of Syrah terroir in many ways. This is how I picture steep slope Saint Joseph. — 8 years ago

Nice dark & clear color. Very typical Loire red wine when it comes to nose; earthy with dark fruit, nice soft tannins, good acidity. Slowly opens up and develops in a glass over time. The only thing that this wine lacks is a bit more complexity. Good summer wine. — 8 years ago
