Classic Bordeaux. Huge amount of non-fruits, pencil shavings, soy, balsamic, dried earth all with an underlying nicely integrated spicy bell pepper, jalapeño quality.
Wild blackberries, plum skin, black and red cherries. There was a sweetness underneath the immediate savory qualities. Great wine, should drink now — 5 years ago
