Splendid! We enjoyed it with steak and lamb, veggies and starches, which were all perfectly symbiotic with this wine. Pair it with savories... Not sure I'd try it with sweet dishes. As with most wines in my opinion, give this blend some time to open, but it's very impressive at the first sip as well. Enjoy! — 9 years ago
