Fruity balanced. Very quaffable. — 8 years ago
Extracted Rhone blend. Started out slow but opened up after 90 minutes. You might think it's a zin but it's not. Very nice. — 8 years ago
This wine is drinking well with a lot of air time. It starts tight and acidic but the lovely rich fruit eventually shows up after a few hours of decant to balance things out. Drink now, doubtful it will get better. — 5 years ago
Great party wine. Has big juicy Zin like fruit but balanced by acid and fine tannins. Still a bit young but definitely fun to drink. — 8 years ago
Old Wine Sunday: This week a very nice cab. Took 4 hours to open up but when it did the balance between acid and fruit shone. Currant, leather, blackberry, plum, clove. Ready now. — 8 years ago
Beautiful and unexpected Sangiovese, fruit forward but balanced and intense. Great with some pasta! — 7 years ago

Rich, extracted, and opulent Pinot. Could be confused with Grenache. Not everyone's fave style, but this is balanced and drinking very well. This is the 2009. — 8 years ago
Textbook Dry Creek Zin with bramble blackberry fruit right down to the licorice notes on the finish. A little VA keeps this from being better. — 9 years ago

Fantastic after a four-hour decant. Super rich with long finish. So balanced between the dark fruit and the tannins and acid. Could hold for a little while longer to see if it evolves further. — 5 years ago
