Aerated this vigorously and it was good right out of the bottle. Had weeks before and it had to sit overnight before it smoothed out. Had with a spicy lasagna. As an aside, they have the heaviest, thickest bottle of any wine I have ever had. And the tallest punt. — 6 years ago
