Black IPA, 7.0% — unlike anything I’ve tasted, stout like but ipa finish — 2 years ago
Really creamy, light on the tongue. If you see it get it — 2 years ago
Incredible nose of blackberry jam, and soft on the palate. Tannins are light but there is a bitterness that trails at the end of the sip. Slightly spicy undertones, would pair this with bbq or Mediterranean. Loved it! — a year ago
For an 8%er, it’s very light on the tongue. I would have this in moderate temperature in the spring or with chips and salsa — 2 years ago
4 Sons - A Walk in the Pahk Triple Dry Hopped NE DIPA - crazy beer, both bitter and sour while maintaining the hazy tongue. — 2 years ago
Incredible find at hi-time. Super smooth but with depths of flavor. Plum and cherry notes with mellow tannins — a year ago
This will turn out to be a go to for me. The wine is smooth as can be with enough tannins at the finish to fully complete the palate. The taste is of plum. Velvety on the tongue and notes of cherry. — 2 years ago

Extremely earthy nose, almost smells like fresh, moist dirt after a dewy evening in the fall in SoCal - amazing. Surprised by the dryness of the wine and the level of tannins, but in a good way. Plum and cherry notes on the tongue - will revisit — a year ago
