Thoroughly modern, medium bodied red blended from traditional Port varieties. The Touriga Nacional in particular gives the wine an aromatic profile that suggests violets. Currently a U.S. exclusive for Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant and Oxbow Cheese & Wine Merchant. — 9 years ago

Some wines announce themselves with shouts and bombast. Others, like this exceptional Chardonnay speak softly, if you are not paying attention you could miss it. Opened up beautifully as it warmed on the glass. Focused, firm acidity and minerality, great length. Happy to have had a chance to taste it. — 9 years ago
Lovely aromatics and texture (a little skin contact). Manages to remain crisp on the finish. Less than 100 cases made. — 10 years ago
A baby, as you would expect for young Vintage Port, but absolutely delicious even now. Deep, rich black fruit, ample but very fine grained tannins, great length and complexity. Should develop very well with extended cellar time. — 9 years ago
I had this delicious Syrah from the late colleague and friend Mike Bonaccorsi cellared for at least 8 years. In great shape, with still deep, smoky black fruit and velvety tannins. Worth the wait! — 10 years ago

A fine value in traditional Piemontese Nebbiolo. Relatively rich core of red fruit; a touch of funk and minerality keeps it firmly centered in the old world. — 9 years ago
