Not really what I expected. Pretty good, I guess I just expected more from the producer and this region. It just feels a bit flatter than most gamay's from this region. Not a ton of acidity. Maybe my pallet is asleep, idk. — 8 years ago

Delicious 'gulpable' wine from Morgon, one of the better of the 10 crus in Beaujolais. Earthy, herbal, and brightly fruity on the nose. Cranberry, strawberry, cherries, pepper, mushrooms, and schist on the palette. Bright and fresh but not as acidic as some of the other wines that I have has from Beaujolais. — 9 years ago

Wow! The value! Salty ocean air, minerals, herbs, fennel, and dried apricot on the nose. A Green apple, savory, and juicy pallet with lots of fresh acidity. Like a lemon that you would squeeze over fresh crab meat. I love this wine. — 8 years ago

What a great wine for the price. This is a great drinkable red wine from the Languedoc region in southern France. Lots of plum that is balanced by medium acidity and some spice. Light and peppery. A little bit floral with some earthiness that is typical of southern France and the Rhone. Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan. This is a great buy. A great table wine that would be great with meat or on its own like I am drinking now. Highly recommend. — 9 years ago

A fantastic bright cherry red Pinot from Oregon. Dryed rose pedals and oak on the nose(not too much). Cranberry and bright fruit on the pallet. The acid really comes out after you let it sit for a bit. — 9 years ago

A nice tastey gamay for the dinner table from Mr. Lapierre. Bright and acidic with funky red fruit. Let it sit for 45min-1hr to open up as it is pretty tight at first. — 9 years ago
