Some Carneros Chards are pretty oaky and heavy. After letting this one warm up for 15 minutes, I was amazed at how smooth and light (for a Chard) it was. Had it with salmon and an Asian salad, and it paired really well. Highly recommended especially if available at $25 or less. — 10 years ago
