Upfront and fairly assertive flavors of green fruit, peas, bananas and bubble gum, plum and cucumber skin. Heat is a little assertive, nicely balanced medium acidity. Lively and expressive forward drinking sake with a quick buzz. All around crowd pleaser. — 8 years ago
Very perfumed nose of dried cranberry and cherry fruit, sweet spices and freshly cut cedar. Good flavor concentration on the palate. Med+ acidity, med tannin, med body, med alc, fairly full bodied and forward for its age and origin. Drinking perfectly now, potential for further aging. — 9 years ago

Great example of Assyrtiko with a sense of place! You can vividly smell the volcanic rock along with petrol notes; green mango and preserved lemon fruits. High alc and still mineral driven balance I love about these wines. Med+acid. Finish for days. Love it! — 9 years ago
