Nose is clean, honeydew melon. Taste is tart, almost sour, white peach, jasmine, white pepper. Velvety mouthfeel. Very smooth. Lingers. Paired well with citrus/terragon baked salmon and salad. Probably goes well with anything cooked in citrus flavors. ABV13.5% — 7 years ago
