Med or high tannin. Flavors are balanced but I prefer less astringent wine. 13%ABV — 6 years ago
Needs to breathe. Nose is earthy, herbaceous, maybe olive, subtly red fruit with zero sweetness. Tart, dry, acidic, bright. Not my preference because the dance it does in mouthfeel steals its smoothness. 13.5%ABV. — 6 years ago

Tried this with a stuffy nose - my review is probably worthless - but I really like this wine. Sweet cherry, darrrrk fruit, like overripe plum or something, very floral finish (maybe rose?). Velvety, smooth. Will definitely try again for a better assessment. 13.5%ABV — 6 years ago
Nose is clean, honeydew melon. Taste is tart, almost sour, white peach, jasmine, white pepper. Velvety mouthfeel. Very smooth. Lingers. Paired well with citrus/terragon baked salmon and salad. Probably goes well with anything cooked in citrus flavors. ABV13.5% — 6 years ago

Tart cherry and dark plum. Kinda smokey, especially in the finish. Dry, tannic. It's pleasant with strongly spiced chicken but would probably be killer with duck. 14.5%ABV. — 6 years ago
Smokey, dusty, strange. Drank with charcuterie and I don't know what it pairs with. 12%ABV — 6 years ago
Nose of wood, green apple. Taste of unripe pear, juniper. Not sweet, not tart. Silky mouth feel. Smooth. Finish is very nice. Paired amazingly with herb butter cod and terragon/white Modena balsamic mixed greens salad. 11.5%ABV — 6 years ago
