Good value. Nothing special when stacked against more traditional sparkling wines and grapes. Dried cranberry and tart raspberry notes. Chalky. Light fizz — 10 months ago
Tastes like a dry lemon lime classic sprite. Value comes from its price point. Otherwise it’s an average cava. Good but nothing mind blowing in the slightest — a year ago
Interesting and smooth with some lite biting acidity. More interesting as it gets warmer — 7 months ago
Assemblage 3 is the best of the 5 so far and drinks most like a wine whereas the other drink like sake. — 9 months ago
Lighter than a brut champagne. Apple lemon and burnt toast edges. Dry. High acid. Good price point. — 10 months ago
Dry, acidic, dusty farm, some quick fizz. Starts off fruity then becomes very drying. Interesting, enjoyable, and a cheap price point for something with fizz — a year ago
High in acidity. More flavors come out the farther you get into the bottle. It doesn’t blow you away but is fairly consistent throughout. Bright lemon and lime with toasty brioche notes — 9 months ago
Overly metallic at both the front and back of the pallate. Tight bubbles and effervescence. Notes of straightforward lemon and lime. Simple, lacks complexity and adventure. — 9 months ago
Tart, dry, and light with a bit of fizz. Looses its interesting profile as it warms to room temperature — a year ago

Tangy but not really sweet. Decent bubbles and fizz, more than Lambrusco but less than Prosecco and Champagne. Pale orange color a few shades brighter from copper. Not much secondary flavors or depth. Good acidity — 5 months ago
