After decanting and allowing a couple of hours to rest this octavius has come to light.
Beautil red fuits which are showing graceful aging.
Plums are met with prunes.
Raspberries are slowly stewing.
Juicy and salivating.
Hints of dark chocolate coat the palate.
Cedary vanilla makes this a very well rounded experience.
Tannins are still present but are becoming well rounded with age.

Bready, lemon and apple aromas. All follow to the pallet. Slight acidity but finishes with a floral note. Fine but vivacious bubbles.
