hi Richard - I'll be direct, that Syrah had some bottling issues that no one is happy with, and that we are not going to let happen again. I'm sorry you had this experience and I would definitely contact Naked for a refund.
ps: This wine was produced at Twisted Oak but is ultimately a product of Naked Wines. I'm going to see about getting this moved there...
