Refreshing. A white Bordeaux sub $12 that's both smooth AND flavorful is uncommon. Near-clear appearance, fruity taste but quite dry, quick bitter finish keeps you wanting more. This, coupled with the long dry oaky finish, made nice pairing with red meat. Better after decanted for an hour. Vineyard recommends storing but save the shelf space and enjoy her now. — 9 years ago
