Leather nose. A little butter as it warms up. Jam, dark fruit, dark chocolate, astringent. Falls apart a bit as it warms up and then comes back together. — a year ago
Oaky spicy nose. Dark red. Grape jam stickiness with Cinnamon, fig. black-tea astringency. It has a bitter acidity that reminds me of sweet-tarts; near unpleasant until it mellows after ~10 minutes. — 12 days ago
Solid, likeable. Pleasantly drinkable. Spicy and slightly smoky dryness. Light body. — 4 months ago
Sweet melon nose, with a creamy buttery undertone as it warmed up. Bright and zippy acidity. Fresh tasting, tangy. Bitter finish. — a year ago

Yeast nose. Sharp salt cava tang. Dry. Good. — a year ago
Apricot nose. Grüner lime zest, but more acidic and perhaps more bitter. Good but I didn’t think it was better than classic grüner. — a year ago

Good I think?, but not my style. It was tart and light, and this seemed to pervade over any other complexity. Got slightly buttery/creamy as it warmed, in a way I (for once) didn’t hate. Drank within 1.5 hours of opening, didn’t decant. — 6 hours ago
