Natural wine. Very fuity aromas: Raspberry yoghurt, hibiscuss and some ginger. The taste has a very good acidity, freshness and energy. Thit seems to be a carbonic or semi carbonic fermentation but i'm not shure. Very funny wine — 7 years ago
