Green apple on nose. Crisp yet still incredibly sweet. Nice if that's your thing, but probably never again for me.
Right, it is a bit much! I wouldn't manage more than one glass I think, with light appetizers (went well with the goat cheese, jam, and toast)

So young, especially in the magnum. But per usual, Segottes has potential to be perfectly lovely. Always acceptable.
