Big ripe sweet fruit. Probably past its prime. In it's day I enjoyed it. Must have been on my shelf too long. — 8 years ago
Slight effervescence in the glass
Crushed gravel
Honey suckle
Asian pear
Meyer lemon
Saline
Citrus
Green mango
Med round, not sharp, but it has a tang
The aromas are stewy and blended, melded and moving as to make them hard to pinpoint. There is a fussiness to the nose, dust from the crushed gravel that is rocky but not slatey. — 6 years ago
Full without being overpowering. Big nose that was complex and kept me coming back. There is tobacco on this nose along with red fruit. Deep red and black fruit on the palate that make my mouth water (ie good acid). This was day two. I'll add to the review tomorrow if Michael doesn't finish the bottle before I get home! — 8 years ago
Slightly effervescent and joyful, as a basket full of kittens! Truth in advertising! — 6 years ago
Grapefruit, Meyer lemon and lime with a bit of white flowers on the nose.. Bright and refreshing without being to tart. It has a softness and an elegance to it, not a hit you over the head savia blanc but one with more nuance and grace — 8 years ago
