This is not your coastal French Muscat. The limestone soil gives this wine higher acidity, which does wonders with the residual sugar. It's a sweet wine that my palate begs for another sip. Delicious. — 9 years ago
Apricot galore. Lacks acidity to support the sugar. — 6 years ago

Banyuls is my go to wine for chocolate pairing. Earlier vintages had more balance though the palate. This feels@a tad flabby Still delish — 7 years ago
Hello oak! Long finish, minty! — 7 years ago
Mostly Chardonnay with some Mauzac and Chenin Blanc. Very drinkable but short lived on the palate. Got this at the Sieur D'araues in Limoux. — 9 years ago

Pretty on the nose, rosemary, cherries and pebble rocks. On the palate lots of ripe cherries, blueberries as some oregano. Not much mineral here. — 5 years ago
