I very smooth beginning and finish. My only complaint is that there are no lasting or lingering flavors on the pallet. My local Enoteca always gives me good suggestions for wine within my budget. This one is 6.50€, it has a very delicate initial flavor with a little punch of bitter fruit at the end. Nero D'Avola has such a big selection from their region and they rarely disappoint, not too shabby for a plastic cork! — 12 years ago
