A really nice white that was empty before I realized it!! More bitter and tart than most white wines I have tried before but great with some dark chocolates ;) 5.50€. — 12 years ago
A wonderful white summer wine that has just a little bubbly feeling on the tongue. It has a lightly sour taste with a delicate aroma that is perfect with caprese salad or fish. 5.50€. — 12 years ago
I very smooth beginning and finish. My only complaint is that there are no lasting or lingering flavors on the pallet. The aromatics are confusing to me and the initial flavor, while tasty, doesn't say anything special to me. However, all and all, a great table wine I would never turn down. — 10 years ago
Another winning Nero D'Avola. The flavor is intensely strong but it doesn't leave you breathing fumes, dry, dry! 5.50€. — 12 years ago
The first white wine I tried in Italy and I have I say it is just too sweet for my pallet. There is no fizzy texture so it is a great smooth wine that can pair nicely with some sour dessert or bitter salad appetizers with fruit in it. 4.50€. — 12 years ago
A nice, light plum spice aroma. A smooth and aromatic finish. Not a social bottle but one for a nice tomato pasta or fatty steak. — 10 years ago
As Chiantis are my favorite my opinions are skewed I think, but this one is another excellent robust wine ;) 9€ (half liter at restaurant) — 12 years ago
A great everyday wine for 3€, a little one-note but a a light taste and nice to share with a friend :) — 12 years ago
My local Enoteca always gives me good suggestions for wine within my budget. This one is 6.50€, it has a very delicate initial flavor with a little punch of bitter fruit at the end. Nero D'Avola has such a big selection from their region and they rarely disappoint, not too shabby for a plastic cork! — 12 years ago

Chianti Classico is one of my absolute favorite kinds of wine, and this label is no exception. Bold, flavorful, aromatic and spicy with a lovely lingering flavor. — 10 years ago
