Quarantine Day 5: Green Apple, overripe pineapple, and maybe some apricot on the nose. The most enjoyable part on the pallet was the ever so slight savoriness thats there through the crispness and brightness. — 5 years ago
Quarantine Day 10: I enjoyed this muscadet. Would pair so well with oysters or a grilled fish. High acidity and salinity really pierce the pallet. The nose is tough on this one. Maybe some green apple? Some pear? And maybe even some kind of flinty matchbook smell. It’s good. — 5 years ago
