If you bought any 2007 Spanish wine you made a poor decision. I have a case of 2010 and opened one bottle out of impatience. Chilled decanted and one hour to breath. In 3 more years this will be amazing. It's pretty good already. So today it's a an easy 8.5 and in 3 more years I can see it being a 9.5. Dry smooth. Butter nuts berries orange pepper and earthy on the memorable though still tannic finish. — 9 years ago

I had Kirk involved with the blending of my own barrel of wine. He was involved in the production of the 4 wines selected for the blend. I know his contribution was very significant. No surprise Scouts is this good and I have, and I will, enjoy every vintage.
