It’s ok. Full bodied for a pinot. Little bit of spice, white pepper. Very jammy mouth feel, almost syrupy and a short uneventful finish. Could use more oak and less fruit. Too overpowering fruit to pair with lighter foods. Needs some funk and some earth. — 8 years ago
Great nose. Taste falls off a bit. Red fruit, a little earth, not much finish. Opens up a lot after an hour. — 8 years ago

Mineral on the nose, butter, lots of butter on the palate. Rich finish. Bold. Would be great with some salmon. Wish it had a little more oak. Could use a bit more tannin.

Nice food wine. Plum, baking spices, vanilla on the nose. A little oak, nice balanced tannins and nice dryness for food. Had with a hearty paella. Nice full bodied Southern Rhône blend. — 8 years ago

Ryan Sharp
Visual: light coppery apricot. Pale but slightly darker at center, wide clear rim, no legs, slightly effervescent, medium viscosity.
Nose: Funk, initially peach that disappeared, lemon pith, funk, saline and gravel, gravel gravel.
Mouthfeel: creamy, velvet larger than expected.
Palate: Funk, mushroom, overripe strawberry, grapefruit pith, lots of saline, lots of green pepper (was initially really hot), mineral at the end with a long bitter lemon finish. Can’t tell if I like or strongly dislike.
