Just a fun, interesting wine. Tart green apple on the nose that melds to the caramel that I think indicates it was lightly oaked. Butter and caramel on the palate. Good, fun drinking. — 9 years ago
Needed some time to open up. An hour or so into the decant and the nose came into its own as well as the tannins and alcohol mellowing out. I found it better supported with food vs. stand alone, pairing very well with grilled lamb. — 9 years ago
