Great value wine with surprising complexity and variation between aromas and tasting notes. It is fairly well balanced medium to medium plus body, medium plus tannins, dry, hint of acidity.
On the nose blackberry and black cherry, leather, oak and earth. On the palate more cedar, pepper, chocolate, blackberry syrup, prune, licorice, molasses. Fairly long finish. — 7 months ago

Slightly hot, medium bodied and tannic, off dry,slightly acidic well balanced but a little thin. Found the aroma much different than taste with earthy yeasty musty and hints of dark berry.
Licorice blueberry blackberry plum chocolate AND vanilla on palate.
