Pale lemon, high acidity with vibrant ripe lemon taste with crispy fresh yellow apples. Light bodied but juicy with medium alcohol, refreshing, silky balanced with medium(+) length finish. — 7 years ago
Palomino grapes but it’s not cherry. Strange, expected at best barely drinkable wine, but it turned quite good semi sweet floral jasmine with expressive pear notes. Pale lemon color, pronounced nose with jasmine blossom, sweet ripe pear. In taste medium sweet, medium acidity, sweet pear. Tastes very simple but with pork chops it goes so well, perfect pairing - short finish, drink young and well chilled. — 7 years ago
Didn’t expect this medium-dry Kabinett Riesling it’s going to be so delicious. Light fizz and petillance in the glass. Medium(+) intensity nose, blossom, grapefruit, ripe lemon and orange peel, but also hint of tropical fruit like pine apple. Mouth is also medium(+) intense with same fruits but also bit oily, yeasty taste (lees aging maybe?), high acidity, low alcohol. Very good wine to it’s price IMHO. Drink now but in few years it should develop tertiary flavors will enhance palate. — 7 years ago
Opaque Ruby, soft & spicy. Nose of mushrooms, and baking spices with fresh red fruits, but also developing notes of dried fruits and mocha. Dry, with high acidity and medium(-) tannins, medium alco, tastes like cherry cola, with blend of earl grey & fruit tea mix, vanilla. It’s complex but somehow not really in my taste, bit too much charred wood. Spicy medium(+) length finish. — 7 years ago
Tasty, new worlds Pinot from coastal region of Aconcagua. Colder dry climate suits ideal for PN. Result is pale ruby, full of fresh raspberry and strawberry wine, with medium(+) acidity and low tannin. It’s medium body and alcohol, besides fruity taste of ripe raspberries, cherries also some kitchen spices (clove?) are noticeable. — 7 years ago
Ha ha very strange for Chardonnay, Torrontes add pinch of spiciness and lime aroma, it’s very herbal and tastes like a green tea with lime. Ideal with curry dishes and asian cuisine - Light, simple but with catchy extraordinaryu taste - which some may not like (herbaceous). Good medium (+) acidity, pale lemon with greenish hue, medium (+) intensity of nose and flavor. — 7 years ago
Fresh Pouilly-Fume, pale yellow, pronounced aroma of peardrop, honeysuckle, lime juice and yellow grapefruit, grass, and herbaceous tomato leaf, youthful. Dry, high acidity with pronounced flavors pared with nose. Good quality Sauvignon Blanc, unoaked, mineral and bone dry with herbaceous layer. — 7 years ago
Highly aromatic wine, 🍇 Roter Veltliner
Pale yellow color, Pronounced nose, youthful notes of elderflower, pear, quince but also hint of citrus lime zest and bit of ripe mango.
In taste off-dry, medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol and medium (-) body. Medium (+) flavor intensity, on the foreground lime notes, then mango & pear sweetness, tingling white pepper medium length finish. Tasty fresh and balanced fruit bomb. — 7 years ago
Whow, surpriced We have already tried 2014, here we have fresh 2016 vintage. This Pinot Noir is all about fresh cherry, in taste even bit sour cherry. Notes of toast from used oak, delicate but well defined fruit. Dry high acidity, with hint of peat/earthy notes. Medium bodied wine. — 7 years ago
Seba Stian
I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride my bike. Bicycle! 🚲! Medium (-) bodied, pale ruby color blend. Medium (+) acidity with soft medium tannins. Nose feels more promising, red plum with cranberry & sour cherry and cassis, wrapped into smoke & tobacco. Hint of herbaceous capsicum. Mouth is simpler, it’s juicy wine treated delicately by oak and slightly balsamic finish. Should be perfect with some uncomplicated, light dishes - pasta, pizza, or just with hard matured cheese 🧀 like I’m doing now. 3,3✨ — 7 years ago
