Very cool Willamette valley gamay in the style of Burgundy - baby powder and lavender on the nose? Balanced with savory dried herbs. Light body with medium spicyacidity and light tannins — 4 years ago
Despite the obvious notes of dark fruit like plums and black cherries it is surprisingly bright. Medium minus body and bracingly sweet tannins with good acidity, dark fruit comes forward even more on the palette with a nice spiciness — 4 years ago
Vinegar natural wine funk - very savory almost sweaty metallic notes with green tomato a nod to the 75 percent Sangiovese. On the pallet chalky tannins, high acidity with a bit more fruit coming through, and the tomatoes that came through originally taste sweet — 4 years ago
Blood orange, flint and savory herbs - no one can beat Vacheron rosé IMO. Good body from the silex but with a well balanced acidity that keeps it refreshing and smooth ~ can’t wait to drink this all summer long — 3 years ago
Really yummy and fresh merlot. Feel like it was made with natural practices bc it has that light effervescence on first taste. Lots of dried herbal leaf and earth with a sweetness like blueberries. Super smooth and with low tannins and fresh acidity. Definitely a gulpable wine — 4 years ago
Very fun and light natural cab. On the nose warm clay and raspberries, on the palette the raspberries mix with coriander and cumin to make a lovely fruity chutney - well balanced and savory but delicious. Medium plus tannins and strong structure — 4 years ago
Delightful funky Riesling, heavy water as a name makes sense bc the body is pretty full! Medium acidity and nice residual sweetness balance each other out. Classic vinegar funk with bright pears and nuttiness — 4 years ago
Yummy easy drinking every day garnacha. Tart cherries and dirt on the nose. On the palette - medium body with medium acidity and tannins and tastes like chocolate covered cherries. Very delicious paired with chocolate covered pomegranates/blueberries/acai — 4 years ago
Yum! Big lemony custard on the nose makes me feel like this spent some time in oak. On the palette medium body with those toasty citrus notes and some bright green apple, pretty neutral if it did have any oak aging - pretty low acidity but huge olive saltiness on the finish. Would I be crazy to say new world Burgundian vibes? — 4 years ago
