Asked Amathus for an orange wine recommendation and got this. Advised to have with a cheese-based meal so made a carrot and Brie tart with salad and had some sitting outside reading a book. Lovely wine. Very summery, quite tart on the aftertaste. More a Sophie wine than a George wine. — 8 months ago
